Ladies:  3rd Team Squad –  Tuesdays 6.30pm to 8.00pm 
Ladies:  2nd Team Squad  –  Tuesdays 8.00pm to 9.30pm
Ladies:  1st Team Squad  –  Tuesdays 8.00pm to 9.30pm
