There will be pre-season briefing sessions for captains, coaches and umpires, followed by a “Q&A” session for members on Saturday 21st September in the Community Room/Clubroom in the pavilion at YRC:

• 10:00 Captains briefing:    Role of team captain with regard to TEAMO, GMS (including card reporting), fuel money, home match teas. Q&A
• 11:00 Coaches briefing:     Coaching agreements, support for matches, playing in matches. Q&A
• 12:00 Umpires briefing:     Availability, intercoms, clothing, discipline reporting, rules/rule changes. Q&A
• 13.00 Members briefing:   No agenda – Q&A – Club Officers available to answer any questions (about club administration) from members/players. 

All team captains, coaches and umpires are requested to attend the relevant briefing.
