Ladies Senior Training – Tuesdays – starting 13th August 2024
13th/20th/27th August – 19:00 to 20:30 – Combined training
5th September onwards – Squad training – for training times go to: Senior Ladies Teams

Men’s Senior Training – Wednesdays – starting 14th August 2024
14th/21st/28th August -19:00 to 20:30 – Combined training
5th September onwards – Squad training – for training times go to: Senior Mens Teams
