Ladies Senior Training – starting 18th August 2026
Tuesdays 18th August/25th August/1st September – 19:00 to 21:00 – Combined training (ALL LADIES TEAMS)
Tuesday 8th September onwards – squad training – for training times go to: Senior Ladies Teams

Men’s Senior Training – starting 19th August 2025
Wednesdays 19th August/26th August/1st September -19:00 to 21:00 – Combined training (ALL MENS TEAMS)
Wednesday 9th September onwards – Squad training – for training times go to: Senior Mens Teams
