The dates and times are:

Ladies Senior Training – starting 12th August 2025
Tuesdays 12th/19th/26th August – 19:00 to 21:00 – Combined training (ALL LADIES TEAMS)
Tuesday 2nd September onwards – squad training (except L1s) – for training times go to: Senior Ladies Teams
Wednesday 3rd September onwards – L1s squad training – for training times go to: Senior Ladies Teams

Men’s Senior Training – starting 13th August 2025
Wednesdays 13th/20th/27th August -19:00 to 21:00 – Combined training (ALL MENS TEAMS)
Wednesday 3rd September onwards – Squad training – for training times go to: Senior Mens Teams
